David’s practice centers around helping individuals and families achieve their estate planning goals. He understands that clients and their families want to avoid probate, estate taxes and significant administrative expenses, and helps settle matters quickly to best benefit the heirs.
David serves clients in a number of other roles: advising for-profit and non-profit start-up and established businesses on their organization, operations and transactions; representing home buyers and sellers; and helping injured victims of motor vehicle accidents.
David joined BPBS after serving 10 years as a partner in the law firm of Hardin, Lefton, Lazarus & Marks, LLC. He has been practicing law for 20 years and has earned the highest (AV) rating given to lawyers by the Martindale-Hubble Directory.
David is a leader in both the Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) and American Bar Association (ABA).
