Jimmy Lefton’s practice is concentrated in personal injury, family law and general civil litigation.

His practice encompasses all types of major personal injury matters including auto accident, slip and fall, dog bites, wrongful death, birth injury, brain damage and other catastrophic injuries. He also assists clients in contested and uncontested divorces, child custody, child support, spousal support, grandparent visitation and condominium law.

While attending law school, Jimmy worked as an Assistant Attorney for the City of East Lansing, Michigan. Also while in law school, he was elected to a two year term on the school’s Law Review.

Prior to joining Barron Peck Bennie & Schlemmer,
Jimmy worked as an Assistant Prosecutor for Joseph Deters in the Hamilton County Prosecutors Office.

Jimmy is very active in his community where he devotes a majority of his personal time to coaching youth sports including baseball, football and basketball.
