The senior member of the firm, Norman Barron has practiced law for over 40 years in the Cincinnati area, with a primary concentration on general business, probate and real estate matters. Norm has represented national developers and tenants in shopping center developments throughout the United States. He has served as general counsel for the Greater Cincinnati Automobile Dealers Association for over 35 years, and represents a number of automobile dealers in the Tri-State area. He has developed an extensive practice before the Hamilton County, Ohio Board of Revision and the State of Ohio, Board of Tax Appeals, in connection with real estate valuations for commercial property.

Norm was a member of the Ohio State Racing Commission from 1983 until April of 2007, having served as Chairman of the Commission for eight years by appointments from three different Governors.
